Stayed in the lodge - very clean and modern, good heating, handy to kitchen and ablutions, which were both of a high standard. Hot pool was great, and staff very pleasant. Nice hot meal next door at the pool.

I stayed here in 2009 with Pakuranga College. It was great fun. I like going to Miranda Holiday Park. It`s my favorite place. International City Church is having Their Labour Weekend Conference down there.

We`ve stayed at a lot of campgrounds over the years and can put our hands on heart when we say that we have never come across one as clean and tidy as this one. Its extremely friendly with excellent facilities including Sky TV!. Kitchen and Bathroom facilities are immaculate. I was unable to be here when my wife arrived and the staff helped her get the Caravan set up and were very friendly which is something we would never have expected from other places we have stayed at. The Hot Pool on site is fantastic and overall the park is very quiet. Its a touch more expensive than other places we have stayed at before, but the excellent facilities and the fact that things like showers dont cost extra means that value is still good. We will be back for sure.

  • Escape from Auckland

For several days around Christmas 2010 I stayed at the Miranda Holiday Park. My accommodation was a small campervan. From the moment I drove in, I received a warm welcome. The staff at this park are brilliant, very helpful and polite. Sacha (who welcomed me) even remembered my name when I saw her walking around later. The site itself was clean, well organised and had everything I needed. The big bonus is the Hot Springs pool in the site, which is open until 10pm (no children allowed after 8pm). Location is easy from both the M2 (I don`t know if you put the M in front over here, but the main motorway 2 :-) and using the coastal road from Auckland (about 1:30hr trip with stunning views!). Will definitely be going back.

I have stayed here and now advised everyone I know to stay here. The many people I encountered at Reception are the best I have met.

Stayed her at the start of the year in the brand new apartments. Very, very nice. In the apartment we stayed in we had our own spa bath in which we had the choice of filling it with fresh or hot mineral water. We have also used the camp with our motorhome before. The sites drain well and are drive-through making parking easy.
